Our portals make it easy to order WHC... and easy for your customers to manage their features

At BT Wholesale we live by our ethos of making it possible. And one thing that we want to make possible is for you to easily order your services from us. That’s why we created Business Zone and that’s why you can order Wholesale Hosted Communications (WHC) directly from there.

And ordering on Business Zone couldn’t be easier! All the components are on screen, in a logical and sequential manner – for example as you progress through the ordering stages, it will ask you to select a phone and features etc. Business Zone guides you through the order journey to make sure you’re selecting the right services for you and your customers. Along with online user guides and tutorial videos, we also provide two-day training to make sure you become a Business Zone expert and a master of ordering.

After you’ve ordered WHC and we’ve created the service, we’ll give you and your users a feature management portal. This will allow you to control all the individual features and this portal will be fully branded with your identity. It’s a web-based portal, optimised for many devices (PC, laptop, tablet, smartphone) and allows access to you, company admins, and end users. Changes can be made to features within the portal and will be made instantaneously.
