An introduction to Ethernet order journeys now available in Business Zone.

New order journeys

We're replacing Eco Plus with a new improved online order journey for Ethernet. Accessed via Business Zone, the new journey will allow you to enter Ethernet orders faster and easier.

 

Ordering Ethernet products using our new order journeys

 

What are the benefits?

  • Ease of use. Online ordering is faster and easier, due to an intuitive and more guided ordering experience. We've also made it easier for you to search for and enter information.
  • Less hassle. Commonly used options are pre-populated and validations are run up front, which again speeds up the order journey.
  • Saves time. Ordering is now much faster (the quickest time so far is under six minutes compared with about 40 minutes for Eco Plus), and there are fewer pages to navigate.

We're really pleased that the majority of our users are now placing orders through Business Zone. Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive compared to Eco Plus. We'll continue to listen to your feedback to improve our order journeys even further.

Saving an order

How to save your order

Did you know, you can save your order on most of the new Ethernet ordering screens? This allows you to save the way you've configured the order up to that point, so you can retrieve and continue with the order placement at a later date/time.

It's also useful to save an order to limit the impact of timeouts when checking details takes longer than expected.
