How can I track my faults online? |

There are multiple ways in which you can track your fault. It is possible to search for:
- Specific faults against your accounts by using the BT reference, Your reference or line/circuit number search criteria
- View your most recent faults by clicking on the ‘View most recent’ link
- Search for faults against all your accounts by simply clicking on the ‘search all accounts’ button |

Account name |
This is the name of the particular account and corresponding faults that you have permission to view. The named account represents a grouping of your organisation’s Legal Entities. |

Default Account |
This is the specific account to which you are automatically directed when placing and tracking orders and faults. |
|
| |
|
BT reference |
The reference number specified by BT for a particular fault. This will usually take the format of 1-2222222. |
|
| |
|
Your reference |
The reference number that you assign to a particular fault placed with BT. |
|
| |
|
Line/circuit number |
This is the telephone or circuit number that the fault relates to. Line/circuit number searches should not include spaces i.e. should be entered as 02071111111. |

Search single account |
Performs a search on one specific account. |
|
| |
|
Search all accounts |
Performs a search on all listed accounts. |

Searching for Assets by Postcode: |
Note: Search by Postcode is not supported for the following products, this is due to regulations preventing BT from storing the address details of End Customers:
