Under the ‘Standard services’ heading, click on the radial button against the line item you wish to select.

Please note that the first page of Ethernet type services will be displayed on the screen. To navigate to the next page, please click on the button.

Under the ‘Favourite’ heading, each line item contains a different Ethernet product or product bundle. Please refer to the description that details what the product, or bundle offering includes.

For example, ‘Grow existing network – Ethernet bundle 11’ is designed for customers who intend to add an additional fibre service to their network. This bundle contains 1 x Etherway (Fibre) access and 1 x Etherflow – connection.

For any ‘Grow existing network bundle’ you will need the ETHN reference or Network ID to ensure that the order is placed against your existing network.

Please note that you will have the opportunity to increase the quantity of Etherways and Etherflows as you progress to the ‘My Basket’ page.

Once you have selected the line item, please click on the ‘SELECT’ button to continue.

Under the ‘Account favourites’ heading, you can select an order template that has been set up against your account.

To view all favourites against the selected account, please click on the ‘click here’ hyperlink’ displayed on the page.
