What should I write in the 'Your reference' and 'Your description' fields? |

You should enter a reference and description that will be easily recognised and remembered by you. This could be a company reference or a code that is meaningful to you and your colleagues.
We suggest that you note down your order reference as this will enable you to track your order easily through our order tracking area. In the order description box, give a summary of your order. You can edit this information at any point during your order journey before the order is submitted.

When you press Submit order, your order goes through to BT and a confirmation page will be displayed, showing you details of your order. On this page, there is a BT reference hyperlink which you can click on to start tracking your order.

You have full visibility of your orders on BTWholesale.com using our tracking service. On BTWholesale.com, you can track orders placed online as well as orders placed through your BT Service Team.

These are charges that we might apply to an order. They cover the cost of out-of-hours work to fulfil your order request before the standard lead time.
These charges may vary according to the amount of time and resource required. You can choose whether to accept these charges before you place your order. Accepting these charges can increase the likelihood that your product or service will be installed by your required by date. |
