Order Placement     Question How do I order a new product? Answers order a product, you first need to create a new order.Click on Create new order.     Question What is a Favourite? Answers Favourites are template orders for products or services that you and your colleagues order regularly. Saving an order as a Favourite makes it quicker and easier to place similar orders in the future because details such as addresses, billing and contact information are pre-populated. You can simply edit and amend the details you wish to change while retaining the information that you want to reuse. Favourites can be opened by anyone who has access to the Place orders service and the same customer accounts as you. To access your Favourites, click on Manage your Favourites     Question What is a Draft? Answers Drafts are orders that you have started to configure but want to continue working on later. Saving your order as a Draft enables you to come back to your partially-completed order later. Your Draft orders can only be viewed by you, unlike Favourites that can be viewed and edited by anyone with access to the same customer accounts as you. If you then leave the place orders area of BTWholesale.com and return at a later stage, you can find your Draft by clicking on Manage your Drafts.     JARGONBUSTER   Provide new products The Provide new products option enables you to add a product or service to a current order or to create a new order.     Modify The Modify option can be used for those services that offer modify as a feature of the product. This would be for when you wish to move an asset (for example an Ethernet access) to a new location or to change the bandwidth of your service.     Cease The Cease option lets you cancel a product or service you currently own. If you want to suspend/stop a service, rather than cancel it permanently, we recommend that you contact your BT Service Team
