Question |
How can I track my orders online? |
| Answers |
There are multiple ways in which you can track your order. It is possible to search for:
- Specific orders against your accounts by using the BT reference, Your reference or Service Reference search criteria
- Your most recent orders by clicking on the 'View most recent' link
- Orders against all your accounts by simply clicking on search all accounts
- Order projects (orders that are grouped for order delivery management purposes). To view orders against your most recent projects, click the 'View most recent' link within the order projects section |
