The name of the individual who placed the order. |

Email address |
The email address of the individual who placed the order. |

| |
|
|
Telephone number |
The telephone number of the individual who placed the order. |

|
Received date |
The date on which the order was received by BT. |

|
|
Status |
Each order will have an overall status of Open, Pending, Cancelled or Complete. |

|
|
Description |
This contains a brief description of your order. |
|

|
|
Order project reference |
The reference number that you have allocated to a particular order project. |
|

|
|
Notes |
If your BT Service Team need to send you a specific note relating to your order, this information will appear in this section of the page. However the majority of information will appear in the Updates section. |

|
Updates |
There are a number of activities that are undertaken when managing your order. As the job progresses, key activities and information will appear in this section of the page. |

|
Query/question |
If you would like to raise a query against your fault, you can click on ‘new query’ at the base of the page, which submits your query to BT. All submitted queries and their responses against this order can be viewed under the Query section of the page. |

Order type |
Each order will have an order type of:
- "Add" (for a provide)
- "Delete" (for a cease)
- "Update" (for access points Modify e.g. Ethernet, Ethernet MSIL)
- "-" (for non-access point Modify e.g. modify bandwidth of an Etherflow)

|
|
Line/service ID |
This is the telephone or service ID that the order relates to. Line/service ID searches should not include spaces i.e. should be entered as 02071111111 or ETHC12345678 or CCSV 12345678. |

|
|
Product |
The name of the product that you have ordered e.g. Converse 325 |
|
| |
|
|
Site |
The post code for the site for which the order relates. |

|
|
Configuration details |

Components |
Clicking the 'view components' button allows you to look at the components of your order. On the first half of the page you can view information relating to the whole order such as:
- Product (e.g. Ethernet, Ethernet MSIL)
- BT reference (the reference number specified by BT for a particular order)
- Account name
- Date required (the requested installation date, specified by the customer)
- Date received (the date on which the order was received by BT)
- Status (of the order as a whole - Open, Pending, Cancelled or Complete)
- Billing account (your billing account reference number)
- Billing address
On the second section of the page, the detail of each component is listed separately so that you can view the product name, price, city and postcode associated with each component. Against the components, you will also be able to view:
- BT reference number (there is a BT reference number for each component within the order - these are made up of a series of numbers and letters - we use BT reference numbers to identify each component so we can ensure that everything is actioned)
- Status (status of that specific component – these vary very slightly from the main order statuses: "In progress" when entered into BT’s Internal Customer Relationship Management system, "Issued" when issued to BT's engineers, "Complete" or "Cancelled"
- Order type (each order will have an order type of:
- "Add" (for a new provide)
- "Delete" (for a cease)
- "Update" (for access points Modify e.g. Ethernet, Ethernet MSIL)
- "-" (for non-access point Modify e.g. modify bandwidth of an Etherflow)
- Completion dates (the dates on which all the actions associated with each component are completed)
- Appointment dates (the appointment date assigned by BT for the installation of a specific component

Downloads |
It is possible to view and download instant order reports from BTWholesale.com. At the top right of the BTWholesale.com page, you will see the ‘Download/print’ dropdown. Select the appropriate order report from the dropdown list. The report will instantly open in PDF format in a new applet. This may take a few moments to open so please be patient.
It is possible to select from the following order reports:
- Summary Order Report (providing you with high-level details about your order)
- Detailed Order Report (providing you with a detailed summary of your order including any updates, notes or queries)
- Order Acknowledgement Report (which contains identical information as the Order Acknowledgement Report which your Service Team send to you)
Please note that currently the ‘My Report’ and ‘Schedule Report’ options have not been enabled and hence are not currently available.
Once your instant report has opened, you have the option to save or print your report. Click on the ‘Download’ link to change how you view the report or to save your report. You will be given different option to view the report (i.e. into PDF or Excel Data). If you want to further manipulate or edit your report, we suggest that Excel Data is the best option. Click on the ‘Save Report’ button at the bottom right of the applet to save your report.
Click on the ‘Print’ link to print the report in its current format.
