| Query/question |

| Order type |
| Each order will have an order type of:
- "Add" (for a provide)
- "Delete" (for a cease)
- "Update" (for access points Modify e.g. Ethernet, Ethernet MSIL)
- "-" (for non-access point Modify e.g. modify bandwidth of an Etherflow) |

| Line/service ID |
| This is the telephone or service ID that the order relates to. Line/service ID searches should not include spaces i.e. should be entered as 02071111111 or ETHC12345678 or CCSV 12345678. |

| The name of the product that you have ordered e.g. Converse 325 |

| Site |
| The post code for the site for which the order relates. |
