| Service Id |
| Service Id is automatically generated once an order is created for a new provide. For an existing service please enter the service Id. |

| Customer Required Date (CRD) |
| The date the customer would like the service completed by. This is not a guaranteed date for installation, but BT will endeavour to achieve the requested date where possible.If associating an Etherflow to an Etherway that is not yet installed, the earliest CRD that can be accepted for the Etherflow is +1 day after the CRD of the Etherway. The default setting does not account for any service dependencies.
