Question |
What is the inbox? |
| Answers |
The inbox allows you to view queries that you have submitted for your orders, order projects, faults and inventory. It also contains responses to your queries, to which you can reply. There are four separate inboxes for your convenience: Orders, Order projects, Faults, Inventory. In this way, you can view all the queries placed against each of your accounts. |
