| When migrating from a 20 C broadband service to a WBC end-user access product, please ensure you have the Service ID (e.g. BBIP or BBDS number) of the 20 CN service you are migrating from. |

| This order type allows non-FTTP WBC end-user access products to migrate to a WBC FTTP service. |

| This order type allows WBC FTTP services to be migrated to other WBC end-user access products. Early termination charges may apply. |

Sim Provide (ADSL/ADSL2+/FTTC) |
| The Simultaneous Provision of a copper telephone service and WBC ADSL, WBC ADSL 2+ and WBC FTTC broadband can be achieved by using the Linked Order Reference Number (LORN) to coordinate the two orders. Please ensure the date you require the broadband service to be available allows for the minimum lead time of five days for broadband service. |

Home Movers(ADSL/ADSL2+/FTTC) |
| Home Movers allows an end user to move addresses and keep the end-user access service if the same service type is available at the new address. |

Reseller ID |
| The Reseller ID (a.k.a. Retailer ID) consists of 3 uppercase alpha characters and should be supplied for any WBC FTTC or WBC FTTP end-user access order. The Reseller ID can be obtained from OFCOM. |
