The users listed against the account are the contacts that are registered on BT's Customer Relationship Management system. All BTWholesale.com users will have a BTWholesale.com login name, populated in the left hand column. You can select the user by clicking on the arrow to the left of the Login name.

If I can't find the user I'm looking for, can I create a new one?
Answers
Yes. Click on the Add user link to display all the contacts against all accounts that the Administrator has access to. If the desired user is still not found, simply click on the Create new user button to enter a new user.

Add user
Allows you to grant access rights to a registered BTWholesale.com user for specified accounts. You can also create a new user from here by clicking on the create new user button.
Edit / review selected user
Allows you to change the users' access rights to the accounts that they can see or the range of online services that they can use.
Remove selected user
Deletes the selected record of a specific user. This should be used when a colleague leaves your organisation or no longer requires BTWholesale.com access.
