| Yes. You can use wildcard searching by inserting the initial letter(s) of the word you are searching for, followed by an asterix (*). For example,rather than typing Richardson, you can type Rich* which will return all entries that begin with the letters Rich. |

| You should first ensure that you have selected the correct account to search against. Secondly you should check that you entered in the correct search criteria. Remember that you can add a new user by clicking on the Add user button.
