Wild card (*)
You can search for part of a number or reference by using the asterisk (*) as a ‘wild card’. Rather than typing the complete line/service ID, you can type 0207* which will return all instances where the line/service ID begins 0207.

Performs a search on one specific account.

Order projects search
If you have a number of orders that you want to be delivered at the same time, you can group them in an order project. For example, if you have a number of orders relating to a specific project you may wish for all these orders to be delivered at the same time. It is also possible to track your order projects online using the Order projects search link.

Your reference
The reference number that you assign to a particular order placed with BT.

BT reference
The reference number specified by BT for a particular order. This will usually take the format of 1-2222222.

Line/service ID
This is the telephone or service ID that the order relates to. Line/service ID searches should not include spaces i.e. should be entered as 02071111111 or ETHC12345678 or CCSV 12345678.

Status
Each order will have an overall status of Open, Pending, Cancelled or Complete.

First name/Last name
These fields enable you to search by the person who placed the order.

Show orders
You can search by one of three different values: - System generated (orders that are mainly placed through your BT Service Team or online via BTWholesale.com) - Non-system generated (these can contain orders placed through your BT Service Team but there may also be orders that are placed through non-Corporate or Public Sector Service Teams i.e. other parts of BT) - Blank (will return all orders, regardless of how they were generated)

Final required date by customer
The requested installation date, specified by the customer.

Date order sent
This is the date on which your order was submitted to BT.

Date order completed
Date on which order is closed taking into account 72 hours handover period.
