e-chat trials team

Welcome to the BT Wholesale Trials Team e-chat. 

Important notice:


At BT Wholesale we are always looking for new and improved ways on how we communicate with our customers. From this page you will be able to speak to BT Wholesale agents using e-chat.

The chat service for the trial will be available Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm excluding Bank Holidays.  The contact  number out of hours is 0800 0850641 Opt 1, Opt 1.  Please ensure before  you initiate an e-chat session that you have checked the latest notes and delay information on  eCo plus Portal or Broadband Customer Reporting.  Please do not initiate an e-chat session if the order is in delay and the review date has not expired.

You do not need to log in to use e-chat. You can start an e-chat with our agents by clicking on the button on the right which corresponds to your product enquiry.

At the end of each chat session you will be presented with a very short questionnaire so that we can take your feedback and comments to improve the e-chat capability further we would be grateful if you could complete this

.To use e-chat you need:

- Windows® 7, Vista, XP or 2000; Windows Server 2003 or 2008; or Mac OS X
   v10.4 or later
- Internet Explorer® 6.0 or later, Mozilla® Firefox 3.0 or later or Safari™ 4.0 or later
- Adobe® Flash 10 installed
